Shipping policy

Order Processing All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (Pakistan) We offer standard shipping across Pakistan. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after dispatch. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

International Shipping We ship internationally to select countries. Estimated delivery time is 10–21 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and local customs processing. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
