Return Policy
If purchased at retail price, a refund or exchange can be claimed. However, the sale of all discounted items is final.
How to Request a Return
To authorise any returns, send a return request to tarabyharis@gmail.com. Merchandise issues or complaints must be reported within 14 days of shipment receipt. For a refund or exchange, items must be returned in their original, unused packaging along with the printed receipt and return form. Every exchange is subject to available stock.
Shipping Costs
With the exception of defective or erroneously dispatched products, we are unable to reimburse any shipping costs. We are also unable to accept items that are not in their original packaging or that are not in sellable, like-new condition.
Sale & Pricing Policy
Items bought prior to the commencement of any sale will not be eligible for credits or refunds due to pricing differences. Orders placed at full retail price are eligible for refunds or exchanges; however, orders placed at a discounted price are considered final sales. No orders dispatched before the start of a sale are eligible for exchange at the reduced price. Any issues or complaints with goods must be communicated to tarabyharis@gmail.com within two days of shipment receipt.
Exchanges
When returning an item for exchange, it must be in its original packaging, in like-new condition, and include the tags and written receipt.
- Domestic customers: The cost of mailing the item back to Tara for exchange is covered by the customer.
- International customers: The cost of mailing the item back to Tara for exchange, as well as the cost of shipping the exchanged item back to the customer's home country, is covered by the customer.
Return to Sender
Any goods returned to Tara as an RTS (Return to Sender) because the carrier or facility failed to transport, receive, or collect the package will incur additional shipping fees. All customers receive tracking information upon shipping and should monitor their tracking for any delivery anomalies. A service agent will inform the customer of the return, confirm the new delivery location, and request payment for the fee using the original payment method.
Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Processing time is not included in the quoted shipping methods. Once your order has been accepted, Tara will send you a confirmation email. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your order to be processed. Seasonal peak periods, such as holidays, may result in longer shipping times. The majority of orders are dispatched within 3 to 4 business days, but all purchases will be delivered within 15 business days following the order date. Please allow up to two weeks for your delivery to arrive. If you have not received your order after three weeks, please email us at tarabyharis@gmail.com.
Taxes, Shipping & Handling Charges
- Please allow up to 10–15 business days for your order to be fulfilled.
- International orders are delivered via FedEx or DHL.
- All orders within Pakistan are shipped via TCS.
- Sales tax, import tariffs, and customs fees may be applied to all international orders and are the recipient's responsibility. The rate is determined by the recipient's country. Please contact your local customs office for further details.
Failed Delivery / Returned to Sender
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to the customer (incorrect phone number, wrong or incomplete shipping address, missing recipient, etc.), it will be returned to Tara at the customer's expense. The cost of shipping, along with any duties and taxes incurred, will be deducted from the amount to be reimbursed.
Damaged / Opened Packages
If your package arrives damaged or has been opened, please photograph the damage before opening or inspecting the contents further. Submit a claim directly through the courier who delivered your package.
